Elegant two bedroom holiday apartment with a spacious sunny terrace overlooking the sea, desert and town in Corralejo, Fuerteventura.

OCCUPANCY: This apartment has two separate bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with two single beds - and can sleep up to 4 people.

BEDROOMS: The main bedroom has a double bed, direct terrace access, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, electric heating and plenty of storage. The second bedroom has two single beds, a ceiling fan, electric heating and a large wardrobe. Both rooms have mosquito screens and blackout blinds on every window for a good night's sleep, plus local Fuerteventura artwork on the walls.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with a microwave, toaster, kettle, deep fryer, oven, stove, fridge-freezer, wine cooler and extractor hood. Coffee lovers get three options: an automatic Philips machine with freshly ground beans, a Krups capsule machine and a French press. Pots, pans, glasses and cutlery are all provided, and the dining area seats six, with a small bar and mini-fridge for casual drinks.

In addition to this, we provide tea, coffee, salt, sugar and pepper.

BATHROOM: The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a seat, quality fittings and a rain shower head. We also provide toilet paper, soap, shower gel and shampoo.

BEDDING & LINEN: Bed linen and one hand towel plus one bath towel per paying person are provided free of charge. Additional towels have to be ordered in advance and paid for during the pre-check-in.

INFANTS & CHILDREN: While we are happy to host families with children, please be aware that our vacation rentals are not childproofed.

HEATING: The apartment has individual electric heaters in each room, for comfort whatever the season.

GETTING AROUND: Corralejo is easy to explore on foot. The beach promenade is a 15-minute walk away, and you're just a few steps from the Las Palmeras shopping centre, restaurants and a Spar supermarket on the main street. The harbour, for the Lanzarote ferry or a yacht charter, is a 30-minute walk, the water park with padel and mini-golf is 10 minutes, and the Campanario and Botanical Park, with a BBQ area, bouldering, skating, playground and outdoor gym, is 15 minutes away. The Barcelo Spa, gym and fitness classes are 12 minutes away for a reasonable fee.

PARKING: Free public street parking is available right in front of the building. Private parking in the building's basement can also be arranged on request.

BUILDING ACCESS: The apartment is on the first floor, and the building has a lift, so there are no stairs to climb with luggage. The front door is locked and only opens with a key, so no strangers can get into the building without one.

SAFETY & SECURITY: In order to protect our neighbours and ensure that many travellers in the future will be able to enjoy our holiday apartments, we use smart home technology to monitor the volume levels in the apartment. This device is privacy compliant as it is camera-free and does not allow us to hear what is being said, it only measures the noise level in decibels.

Disabling or removing the Minut sensor will result in immediate cancellation of the rental contract and you will be asked to leave the property.

DOCUMENTS: Under Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021, we are required to collect the following information for every guest over 14 staying in the apartment: full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, full home address, phone number and email address, and identity document details (type, number and reference number). This is collected using a Pre-Check-In tool from chargeautomation.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:

The apartment has a smart TV and full air conditioning throughout.

We ask guests to respect our peaceful community by avoiding parties and keeping noise levels down.

Guests can use the bicycle racks outside the building.
