Alternatively, luggage lockers are available at most major train stations like Hauptbahnhof, Ostbahnhof or Alexanderplatz. Alexanderplatz  is probably the most convenient location as it's not far from the apartment and you can visit the Museum Island, the Berlin Dom and the Hackesche Höfe from there. It’s all walking distance! The mall “Alexa” at the Alexanderplatz also offers a lot of opportunity for shopping.

Many hotels in Berlin offer luggage storage  for guests. However, we do not provide luggage storage at our holiday apartments in Berlin due to the following reasons:

Why We Cannot Store Luggage for Guests

While we would love to offer luggage storage, we are a small, family-owned business and unfortunately do not have the facilities to accommodate this service. Here’s why:

• Limited Space – Our apartments are designed for comfortable stays, but we do not have dedicated luggage storage areas.
• Same-Day Bookings – We frequently accept same-day reservations, meaning we must prepare the apartment immediately after check-out, even if it isn’t rented that day.
• No On-Site Staff – Unlike large hotels, we do not have staff available throughout the day who can wait for guests, coordinate luggage drop-offs and pick-ups, or ensure the apartment remains spotless after luggage retrieval.
• Security Concerns – Storing luggage requires secure facilities and monitoring, which we currently do not have.
• Liability Issues – We cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged luggage, as we do not have insured storage solutions.
